You can gain so much valuable information from a survey – we do all kinds – online, telephone or even face to face. We can find out what your customers think of your product or service, or what your prospective clients might want.
As an example, we surveyed existing clients for an IT services company, and they used the findings to change their offering – with real results. Here is a brief sample of the survey.
Q29 If there were 3 things you could change about the service of Company X….?
“Ask for more information upfront from us and tell us what they can and can’t do.”
“Say no to us, be tougher.”
“They have dealt with most things very well. It’s the communication process they need to get right.”
We can help you assess staff engagement, and just as importantly, help you take appropriate action afterwards. We have run staff surveys with follow-up action plans in organisations ranging from a small private company of 100 people to an NHS trust of over 1000 staff. Here is a brief sample of survey results.
Q30 Do you believe that any action will be taken as a result of this survey?
10% strongly agree that action will be taken
45% agree that action will be taken
30% disagree that action will be taken
15% strongly disagree that action will be taken
The finding that almost half the staff did not believe that anything would happen as a result of the survey was a key indicator of the need for a follow-up programme. It certainly caught the attention of management!
